Dear Colleagues from Turkey, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, other Turkic Republics in Eurasia and Balkans;

Turkish Bone and Joint Surgery Association organises an annual scientific meeting in Turkey, called Bone and Joint Congress. Besides our domestic congress, we also decided to organise an annual, international scientific meeting in Turkish speaking countries, starting from 2018, confronting with aims and charter of our association.

First of these meetings was held in Azerbaijan between 19 and 23 April 2018. The second meeting was in Kazakhstan between 11 and 15 September 2019, with participation of almost 250 colleagues.

This year, third of these meetings will be held in Sarajevo City, Bosnia and Herzegovina between 8 and 12 June 2022, under the name of Third Turkish World Orthopaedics and Traumatology Congress, supported by Erzincan University and Sarajevo University with the leadership of Bone and Joint Surgery Association.

In this three days meeting our colleagues from Turkish World who are qualified and experienced in their fields will be sharing their experiences with us in the fields of traumatology, arthroplasty, paediatric orthopaedics, sports traumatology and arthroscopy.

We hope, this meeting, organised by The Turkish Bone and Joint Surgery Association, will be a beneficial congress and provide the best scientifically satisfying results for our colleagues attending from Turkey, Bosnia and Herzegovina and other Eurasian Turkic Republics, along with providing a platform giving rise to new friendship between all our colleagues and their families from Turkish World.

We look forward to hosting all our colleagues in Sarajevo, which has unique historical and natural beauties.
